/KASE, September 9, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that A. Titov, a Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, was
excluded from the composition of the company's Management Board, of his own
accord.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Subsidiary Bank
Sberbank of Russia JSC consists of five people: N. Taskaranov, G. Arakelyan,
M. Gulaev, A. Ovsyannikova, V. Savchenko.
