From September 8, common shares KZ1C00008077 (FHSE) of First Heartland Securities will be transferred from "shares" sector of alternative market to "standard" category of KASE official list's main market

/KASE, September 7, 2022/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on September 7, 2022 decided to transfer common shares KZ1C00008077 (FHSE) of First Heartland Securities JSC (Almaty) from the "shares" sector of the alternative market to the "standard" category of KASE official list's main market. This decision of the Listing Commission is effective from September 8, 2022. In KASE's conclusion dated September 5, 2022, it was noted that according to the results of the audit of First Heartland Securities JSC and its said shares, their compliance with the criteria and requirements established by the Listing Rules for the quotation of these shares in the "standard" category of KASE official list's main market was confirmed.
