/KASE, November 14, 2022/ – "Halyk" Insurance Company" "Subsidiary of Halyk Bank
of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting
of its shareholders will begin on December 12, 2022, at 11:00 o'clock, with the
following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders of the company;
- on making additions to the provisions on the Board of Directors of the
company;
- on making a decision on the voluntary delisting of the company's shares.
