/KASE, November 30, 2022/ – Karazhyra JSC (Semey), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the Board of Directors dated November 24, 2022, I. Nizamov
was appointed the general director of the company.
