/KASE, December 13, 2022/ – "Halyk" Insurance Company" "Subsidiary of
Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of decisions of the
extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on December 12 2022.
- to approve the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
of the company;
- to make additions to the Board of Directors Charter of the company;
- to decide on the voluntary delisting of the company's shares.
