From December 23, common shares KZ000A1CTMQ3 (KZIS) of "Halyk" Insurance Company" "Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" will be excluded from KASE official list at issuer initiative

/KASE, December 22, 2022/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated December 22, 2022, common shares KZ000A1CTMQ3 (KASE main market, "standard" category, KZIS) of "Halyk" Insurance Company" "Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" JSC were excluded from KASE official list. This decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect on December 23, 2022. This decision was made on the basis of an application of "Halyk" Insurance Company" "Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan" JSC for voluntary delisting of the said shares from KASE official list. These shares have been in KASE official list's "A" category since December 20, 2004; since June 1, 2017 they have been in the "standard" category of KASE official list's main market.
