/KASE, February 2, 2023/ – KMK Munai JSC (Aktobe, hereinafter – the
company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its
shareholders will be held on March 20, 2023 by absentee voting with the
following agenda:
1) early termination of powers of members of the company's Board of Directors
Mr. Wei Yuxiang and Mr. Chen Shaojun ;
2) election to the company's Board of Directors of Mr. Li Shufeng and Mr.
Zhang Baorui.
