/KASE, March 2, 2023/ – Mangistaumunaigaz JSC (Aktau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 27, 2023, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- Fan Xyazhun, removed;
- Wei Yuxiang, elected.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Mangistaumunaigaz
consist of six persons: Wei Yuxiang, D. Khassanov, A. Duissaliev, Fang Xinchun,
Dun Syuchan, B. Yelemanov.
