Bonds KZ2C00009363 (RETMb1) of AIFN "RETAM" passed listing procedure on KASE in category "bonds" of alternative market

/KASE, March 13, 2023/ – On March 13, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision on inclusion of bonds KZ2C00009363 (KZT1,000, KZT6.5 bn; 7 years; quarterly coupon, 30.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Joint-stock real estate investment fund "RETAM" JSC (Almaty, in the heading and hereinafter – AIFN "RETAM" JSC) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in said bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The financial consultant of AIFN "RETAM" JSC is YURTA Finance & Investment House JSC (Almaty). These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trading code) RETMb1. The main activity of AIFN "RETAM" JSC is investment activity.
