/KASE, April 12, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on April 10, 2023, the Listing
commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2P00009525 (MFEFpp1, KZT1,000; KZT1,000,000,000.00; 7 years; semi-
annual coupon, 25.00 % APR; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "Express
Finance Group" LLP (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is April 12,
2023.
