/KASE, April 25, 2023/ – IC "Amanat" JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE on the
decisions of its sole shareholder dated April 21, 2023.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2022,
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2022, not to accrue nor pay
dividends for 2022 on ordinary shares of the company.
