/KASE, April 27, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on April 14, 2023, the
Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include
bonds KZX000000963 (MFTSe1; KZT10.0 bn; 10.12.21 – 10.12.23; quarterly
coupon, 19.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "TAS
FINANCE GROUP" LLP in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative
market.
The admission initiator of said bonds is Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty).
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is April 27, 2023.
The opening of trades in said bonds on KASE will be announced later.
