/KASE, May 5, 2023/ – ForteLeasing JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of its sole shareholder dated April 27, 2023.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2022;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2022, not to pay dividends on
the company's ordinary shares, and not to approve the amount of dividend
per ordinary share of the company.
