/KASE, May 18, 2023/ – ASTEL JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions
of its sole shareholder dated May 3, 2023.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the separate and consolidated financial statements of the
company for 2022;
- to approve the procedure for distributing the company's net income for the
fourth quarter of 2022 in the amount of KZT84,762,000:
- to approve the amount of the dividend for the fourth quarter of 2022 per
ordinary and preferred share at KZT254.65.
