/KASE, May 25, 2023/ – KMK Munai JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 12, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2022;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2022 and not to pay dividends
on the company's ordinary shares for 2022.
