/KASE, May 26, 2023/ – AIFN RETAM JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the general meeting of shareholders held on May 19, 2023.
The shareholders, among other things, have decided to pay additional dividends
on ordinary and preferred shares for the third quarter of 2022 in the amount of
70,000 tenge per share.
