/KASE, May 31, 2023/ – Batys tranzit JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on July 4, 2023 at
11:00 o'clock, with the agenda including the only issue on the conclusion of an
addendum to the public-private partnership agreement on the project
"Construction and operation of street lighting networks in the city of Atyrau".
