LLP. According to the auditor's opinion, containing a qualified opinion, the
financial statements present fairly, in all material aspects, the financial
position of Dosjan temir joly JSC as of December 31, 2022, as well as its
financial results and its cash flows for the year ended as of the specified
date, in accordance with IFRS.
