/KASE, June 2, 2023/ – Mangistaumunaigaz JSC (Aqtau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the sole shareholder dated June 1, 2023, the following
changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- A. Duissaliev, removed;
- Zh. Baluanov, elected.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Mangistaumunaigaz
consist of six persons: Wei Yuxiang, D. Khassanov, Fang Xinchun, Zh. Baluanov,
Dun Syuchan, B. Yelemanov.
