/KASE, June 2, 2023/ – ShalkiyaZinc LTD JSC (Qyzylorda region), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the decisions of the sole shareholder dated May 25, 2023:
- to approve the company's annual financial statements for 2022;
- not to distribute the company's net income for the 2021–2022 financial year
and not to pay dividends for 2022 due to the lack of industrial production and
operating income in 2022.
