KASE's Management Board provides consent for inclusion of proposed trust certificates XS2624614751 ICD Eagle Limited in sector "Securities of international financial organizations" of KASE official list

/KASE, June 5, 2023/ – Following a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated June 2, 2023, consent was granted for the inclusion of proposed trust certificates XS2624614751 ICD Eagle Limited under a guarantee of the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (with regard to payment obligations arising within the portfolio of the respective series of trust certificates) in the sector "Securities of international financial organizations" of KASE official list. The initiator of admission of these certificates is Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty). The effective date of this decision of KASE's Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trades in said certificates on KASE will also be announced additionally. More detailed information on the issue of these certificates will be published on KASE website after this decision of KASE's Management Board comes into effect. [2023-06-05]
