/KASE, June 13, 2023/ – Ai Karaauyl JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on July 21, 2023
at 15:00 o'clock with the following agenda:
- determination of the quantitative composition, term of office of the Board of
Directors, election of its members and early termination of their powers;
- determination of the amount and terms of payment of remuneration and
reimbursement of expenses to members of the Board of Directors for
performance of their duties;
- introduction of changes and additions to the charter of Ai Karaauyl JSC or its
approval in a new edition.
