/KASE, June 14, 2023/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
of decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 31, 2023.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2022;
- due to the lack of income and the accumulated loss in the amount of
KZT5,574,317,000 tenge, not to accrue or pay dividends for 2022.
