/KASE, June 15, 2023/ – Mangistaumunaigaz JSC (Aqtau), whose shares are
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of its sole shareholder dated June 15, 2023:
- to distribute retained earnings of the company in the amount of
13,509,304,000 tenge as dividends for 2022 as follows:
- to determine the amount of dividend per common share and preferred
share at 124 tenge;
- dividends on preferred shares in the amount of 135,093,040 tenge shall be
transferred on June 26, 2023;
- dividends on common shares in the amount of 13,374,210,960 tenge shall
be transferred on June 27, 2023.
