/KASE, June 16, 2023/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of the
Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated June 2, 2023,
consent was granted for the inclusion of proposed trust certificates
XS2624614751 (ICD_e1; KZT2.0 bn; 21.06.23 – 21.06.28, semi-annual payments,
periodic payment rate of 14.95 % per annum; 30/360) ICD Eagle Limited issued
under a guarantee of the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private
Sector (with regard to payment obligations arising within the portfolio of the
respective series of trust certificates) in the sector "Securities of
international financial organizations" of KASE official list.
The initiator of admission of these certificates is Tengri Partners Investment
Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty).
The effective date of this decision of KASE's Management Board is June 16,
2023.
The opening of trades in said certificates on KASE will be announced
additionally.
