Bonds KZ2C00009827 (INBNb13) and KZ2C00009835 (INBNb14) of Bank Bank RBK pass listing procedure on KASE in category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, June 23, 2023/ – On June 23, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Bank Bank RBK JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: - KZ2C00009827 (KZT1,000, KZT13.0 bn; 10 years, annual coupon, 4.00 % APR; 30/360); - KZ2C00009835 (KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon, 17.50 % APR; 30/360). The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the said bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issues of these bonds are the second and third ones under the third bond program of Bank Bank RBK JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on August 24, 2022 for a total amount of KZT500.0 bn. These bonds were given abbreviations (trade codes) INBNb13 and INBNb14, respectively. More detailed information on the issues of said bonds will be published on KASE website after the mentioned decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2023-06-23]
