/KASE, July 3, 2023/ – EKOTON+ JSC (Astana), with its shares officially listed
of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE about decisions of its
sole shareholder dated June 29, 2023.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve consolidated and separate 2022 financial statements of the
company;
- not to pay 2022 dividends on ordinary shares of the company, retain the 2022
net income at the disposal of the company.
