/KASE, July 5, 2023/ – Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant JSC (Aktobe), with its shares
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE about
decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 30, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- approve audited annual 2022 financial statements of the company;
- 2022 net income in the amount of 47,241,000 tenge to be retained at the
disposal of the company.
