/KASE, July 10, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on July 4, 2023, the Listing
Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2P00009814 (MFVSpp1; KZT500, KZT5.0 bn, 3 years; semi-annual coupon,
7.50 % APR; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "Vivus" LLP (Astana) in
KASE official list's "Private placement" market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is July 10, 2023.
