/KASE, July 11, 2023/ – First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (Almaty), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will
begin on August 10, 2023 at 12:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
- approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of
the bank;
- the conclusion by the bank of a supplement No. 3 to the agreement for the sale
and purchase of ordinary shares of ATFBank JSC dated November 20, 2020,
which is an interested party transaction, as well as a transaction involving
persons related to the bank by special relations;
- early termination of powers of members of the Board of Directors of the bank;
- determination of the quantitative composition and term of office of the Board
of Directors of the bank;
- determination of the amount and terms of payment of remuneration and
compensation of expenses to members of the Board of Directors of the bank for
the performance of their duties;
- election of members of the Board of Directors of the bank.
