/KASE, July 20, 2023/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the sole shareholder dated July 13, 2023, B. Askarov was
appointed the general director (Chairman of the Management Board) of the
company.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of KazTransGas
Aimak JSC consists of four persons: B. Askarov, Sh. Shalov, B. Aliyev, Zh.
Jienbekov.
