/KASE, July 20, 2023/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the sole shareholder dated July 13, 2023, B. Askarov was
elected as a member of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KazTransGas
Aimak JSC consists of three persons: A. Kassenov, B. Askarov, S. Daukei.
