/KASE, July 31, 2023/ – First Heartland Securities JSC (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on
July 26, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's annual financial statements (consolidated audited
and separate audited) for 2022;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2022;
- not to accrue nor pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2022.
Decisions on a total of eight agenda items were made during the general meeting
of shareholders.
