Changes in the Board of Valut-tranzit Bank OJSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, February 20, 04/ - Valut-tranzit Bank OJSC (Karaganda), whose securities are circulating in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange JSC (KASE), has notified KASE with the official letter about changes in its Board. According to the presented letter, by the decision of the Board of directors of Valut-tranzit Bank OJSC of February 12 of 2004: authorities of the Chairman of the bank's Board Inesh Ibrayeva have been stopped in accordance with changing of her post; Kayrat Kashenov, who filled the post of Deputy Chairman of the Board, has been appointed for the post of acting Chairman of the Board of Valut-tranzit Bank OJSC.
