/KASE, August 4, 2023/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the Board of Directors dated July 31, 2023, the following
persons were removed from the composition of the company's Management Board:
- Sh. Shalov;
- B. Aliyev.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of KazTransGas
Aimak JSC consists of two people: B. Askarov, Zh. Jiyenbekov.
