/KASE, August 9, 2023/ – Aktobe Metalware Plant JSC (Aqtobe region), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held
on August 8, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited financial statements and audited consolidated financial
statements of the company for 2022;
- to distribute the income for 2022 in the following order:
- to allocate KZT115,141,116.72 for payment of dividends;
- to retain KZT76,760,744.48 for the development of the company's activities.
