/KASE, September 28, 2023/ – Fincraft Resources JSC (Almaty), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that since September 27, 2023, it holds a 50 % stake in ARK
Petroleum LLP.
