/KASE, October 17, 2023/ – As announced earlier, an initial offering of "green"
bonds KZ2P00010119 (KASE alternative market, "bonds" category, KZWEb1;
KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, 21.75 % APR; 30/360) of
KazWind Energy LLP (Astana) is conducted in the trading system of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange) today by way of subscription to them.
SkyBridge Invest JSC (Almaty) (hereinafter – the Seller) acts as the seller
during the subscription to the said bonds.
The total nominal amount of bonds being offered – KZT3,000,000,000. Price per
bond – KZT1,000.
Orders for the subscription will be collected on October 17, 2023 from 16:00 to
16:30 o'clock, Astana time. Limit orders only will be collected during the
subscription.
The date of provision to the Seller of the register of orders accepted by the
Exchange is October 17, 2023; the date of provision of the register of executed
orders by the Seller to the Exchange is October 17, 2023; the settlement date
and time is October 17, 2023, 17:15 o'clock, Astana time. The Central
Securities Depository JSC will carry out settlements.
Orders for participation in the subscription are submitted to the Exchange only

According to this subscription's terms the list of additional information on the
investor disclosed to the Seller of the said bonds must include:
1)the surname, first name, patronymic (if available) of the individual or the
name of the legal entity;
2)IIN of the individual or BIN of the legal entity;
3)citizenship of the investor – an individual or the state, in accordance with
the legislation of which the investor – a legal entity was registered as a
legal entity;
4)name and details of the document identifying an individual or confirming the
registration of a legal entity (number, date of issue and authority that
issued the document);
5)place of residence of an individual or address of a legal entity;
6)other information available in the accounting system of Central Securities
Depository JSC and not constituting a trade secret on the securities market.
