/KASE, February 27, 04/ - In pursuance of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange Council's
(KASE) decision dated February 15, 2004, internal document of KASE
"Regulations on responsibility for violation of settlements terms on results
of trades with foreign currencies" (the Regulations) has been updated.
The Regulations now refers to the official name of KASE, which is consistent
with the Certificate of state re-registration given on January 7, 2004.
To remind, the new name of KASE is Kazakhstan Stock Exchange joint-stock
company, or simply Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC.
