has informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) about the following:

Emir Qurylys Astana LLP placed two-year bonds KZ2P00010267 (EMQApp1)
with a coupon rate of 25 % per annum for a total amount of 800,000,000 (eight
hundred million) tenge at face value.
The successful placement of bonds in cooperation with a financial consultant
represented by Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC became the debut for
