/KASE, November 13, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on November 13, 2023, the
Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include
"green" bonds KZ2P00010317 (BKBTb1; KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; 3 years; semi-
annual coupon, 21.50 % per annum; 30/360) of Black Biotechnology LLP
(Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is November 13,
2023.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
