/KASE, November 23, 2023/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated November 8, 2023, A.
Aqan was elected as a member of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of KazTransGas
Aimak JSC consists of four persons: A. Kassenov, B. Askarov, S. Daukei, A.
Aqan.
