/KASE, November 30, 2023/ – Batys tranzit JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on January 4,
2024 at 12:00 o'clock, with the agenda including the only issue of "determining
the amount and terms of payment of remuneration and compensation of
expenses to individual members of the Board of Directors of Batys tranzit JSC
for the performance of their duties".
