/KASE, December 7, 2023/ – Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" JSC
(Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the extraordinary general
meeting of its shareholders held on December 6, 2023:
- to distribute the company's net income for 2020;
- to accrue and pay dividends on 1,779,000 issued common shares for 2020
18.6 % of the net income for 2020, in the amount of 341,568,000 tenge, at
192 tenge per share.
