/KASE, December 12, 2023/ – On December 11, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include common shares KZ1C00015171 of "RESPUBLIKA" FINANCIAL HOLDING JSC (Almaty) in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in these shares on KASE will also be announced later. According to the certificate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on state registration of the issue of authorized shares dated September 6, 2023, the issue of shares of "RESPUBLIKA" FINANCIAL HOLDING JSC is divided into 3,000,000 common shares. Face value of one share is KZT10,691.67. These shares have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) FHRP. The main activities of "RESPUBLIKA" FINANCIAL HOLDING JSC – investment activities.
