/KASE, December 12, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on December 11, 2023, the
Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to
include common shares KZ1C00015171 (FHRP) of "RESPUBLIKA" FINANCIAL
HOLDING JSC (Almaty) in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative
market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is December 12,
2023.
The opening of trades in these shares on KASE will be announced later.
