/KASE, December 13, 2023/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 11, 2023 made a decision to
include bonds KZ2P00010390 (MFABb1; KZT1,000, KZT5.0 bn; 10 years;
quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first
successful trading on the offering of bonds; 30/360) of Credit partnership
"AgroBusiness KZ" LLP (Oskemen) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's
alternative market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is December 13,
2023.
Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced later.
