whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the decision of the Board of Directors dated December 12,
2023: "To additionally issue 3,223,924... common shares of the Company, within
the number of authorized shares, at a price of KZT1,371 per common share, for
a total amount of KZT4,419,999,804...".
