/KASE, December 22, 2023/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held
on December 21, 2023.
The shareholders, among other things, decided to pay starting from December
21, 2023 dividends on common and preferred shares of the bank for 2022 in the
amount of 2,300 tenge per share.
