/KASE, December 22, 2023/ – Mangistaumunaigaz JSC (Aqtau), whose shares
are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of its sole shareholder dated December 22, 2023.
The sole shareholder, among other things, decided to distribute the company's
retained earnings in the amount of 78,985,850,000 tenge for the payment of
dividends based on the results of 2022 in the following order:
- to determine the amount of dividend per common share and preferred share
at 725 tenge;
- dividends on preferred shares in the amount of 789,858,500 tenge shall be
transferred on December 27, 2023;
- dividends on common shares in the amount of 78,195,991,500 tenge shall
be transferred on December 28, 2023.
